The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves handling inbound and outbound calls for international clients and providing solutions to their queries and issues with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to international clients.
• Provide accurate information regarding products/services, addressing customer queries, and resolving issues effectively.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
• Issue Resolution:
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues or escalate them to appropriate departments if necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Documentation:
• Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
• Update customer records with pertinent information and feedback.
• Quality Assurance:
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with service standards.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay updated with product knowledge and communication techniques.
• Performance Metrics:
• Achieve individual and team performance targets, including call handling times, customer satisfaction scores, and issue resolution rates.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics as required.
• Team Collaboration:
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and contribute to team goals.
• Provide feedback to improve processes and enhance customer experience.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Previous experience in a voice process or customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Personal Attributes:
• Positive attitude with a customer-oriented approach.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Additional Requirements:
• Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, as per the business requirements.
