Responsibilities

? Overseeing the customer service process.

? Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.

? Provide accurate and timely responses to customers

? Develop a deep understanding and detailed information of the company's product and services.

? Establishing a positive rapport with all clients and customers via phone.

? Interacting with customers to ensure they have a desirable and shareable experience.

Requirements:

? Graduation in any field.

? Excellent communication skills.

? Atleast 6 months of experience in international voice process.

Shift Timings - 5 days working - Rotational shifts/ Rotational week off

Job Location : PLOT NO, 76-A, Phase IV, Udyog Vihar, Sector 18, Gurugram, Haryana 122016

Job Type: Full Time

Remuneration(CTC): 26000 - 29000 (In hand)
