We are seeking individuals for the position of International Voice Process to join our team. The role involves engaging with international clients over the phone to provide exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
• Communicate effectively with international clients in a professional manner
• Educate clients on products, services, or processes
• Utilize strong public speaking skills to convey information clearly
• Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction
Requirements
• Experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and another language is a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team environment
• Experience working with children, theater, or public speaking is advantageous
Job Type: Full-time
