International Voice Process
Job Description
We are looking for skilled and dedicated International voice process to join our voice process team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills to recover outstanding payments while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
• Contact customers via phone to collect overdue payments.
• Negotiate payment plans and ensure timely settlements.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions to resolve payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Adhere to company policies and debt collection laws.
• Meet monthly collection targets
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
