Job Summary:

Contact healthcare providers, insurance companies, and patients to retrieve medical records. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the retrieval process. Adhere to HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to request and retrieve medical records. Verify patient information and ensure accuracy. Document all interactions and transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and confidentiality regulations. Follow up on pending requests to ensure timely retrieval. Provide exceptional customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues. Prepare and submit regular status reports. Participate in quality assurance activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelores ; degree in healthcare or a related field is a plus. Previous experience in voice process, customer service, or medical record retrieval is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in computer systems and software applications, including MS Office. Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Willingness to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones.
Working Conditions:

Office-based environment. Full-time position with shift work, including night shifts. No travel required.
