Job Title: International Voice Process Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound international calls professionally.
• Resolve customer queries and provide accurate solutions.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service.
• Update customer information and log interactions into the CRM system.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process is mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in English.

Salary & Benefits:

• Experience-based package:
• 6 months - 11 months: ?3.97 LPA (?25,589 in-hand).
• 1 year - 17 months: ?4.92 LPA (?28,905 in-hand).
• 18+ months: ?6.01 LPA (?32,010 in-hand).
