The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills with a strong command of either an American or British accent. As a voice process executive, you will handle customer interactions, resolve queries, and provide exceptional service to clients from English-speaking countries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients/customers from the U.S./U.K.
• Resolve customer queries with efficiency and professionalism.
• Maintain a friendly and positive tone while ensuring clarity and accuracy in communication.
• Adhere to process guidelines, quality parameters, and timelines.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in CRM tools.
Requirements:
• Accent: Native-like fluency in American or British English (mandatory).
• Experience: Prior experience in an international voice process preferred.
• Skills:
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle complex customer issues with patience and empathy.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
