Job Description
Hiring for International Voice & Chat Roles and Responsibilities:
• Interacting with the customers on call and Chat
• Resolve their queries related to orders
• Handling dynamic situation on call with presence of mind.
• Handling pressure under adverse situations.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Should be excellent in English.
• Should be comfortable with rotational shift and rotational week-off
• Should be Comfortable with the Night shifts
• Undergrad can also apply- Graduates are preferred
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
• Perks and Benefits: 21K-30K CTC.
• Candidate should be in KOLKATA-WFO
One sided drop or pick-up during odd hour shifts ending or beginning.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ?21,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
