Roles and Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls efficiently while maintaining high customer service standards.
  • Listen to customer queries and concerns, providing accurate information and resolutions promptly.
  • Collaborate with team members and management to ensure consistent service delivery across time zones.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Identify emerging customer issues and communicate these to relevant department heads for resolution.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets and service goals set by the management team.
