Job Title - International Telecall Executive - Software Sales

Experience Req. - Min 1-2 Years

Location - Coimbatore

Key Responsibilities

Conduct inside sales by reaching out to prospective clients in Singapore via calls.

Pitch HR software solutions to potential clients, effectively highlighting product benefits.

Generate and collect high-quality leads through calls and follow-ups.

Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements with clients to close sales deals.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding services and product offerings.

Track leads and sales progress, updating CRM systems regularly.

Build and maintain positive relationships with international clients.

Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.

Preferred Qualifications

Any degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related field).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent English; ability to engage with international clients in Singapore).

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to change.

Strong multitasking abilities, with the ability to handle multiple calls and tasks simultaneously.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.

Previous experience in international sales (preferably in tele sales) is highly desirable.

Minimum 1 year of experience in tele sales, with international sales experience being a significant advantage.

Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate with clients in a professional manner.
