: Tele Sales Caller - Outbound International B2B Voice Process (ELD Telematics Campaign)
Position Overview:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Tele Sales Callers to join our team for the ELD Telematics Campaign . This role involves handling outbound international B2B calls to clients in the US and Canada . As a Tele Sales Caller, you will engage with prospects, pitch ELD (Electronic Logging Devices) and telematics solutions, and achieve sales targets. The role operates in a night shift from 9 PM to 6 AM , offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Sales Calls:
• Initiate and manage outbound calls to international B2B prospects in the US and Canada.
• Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to promote ELD telematics products and services.
• Lead Generation & Conversion:
• Identify potential leads and assess client needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Convert leads into customers by effectively addressing objections and closing sales.
• Relationship Building:
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls, prospects, and sales in CRM systems.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track progress against targets.
• Campaign Knowledge:
• Stay updated on ELD telematics products, industry trends, and compliance requirements.
• Use knowledge to educate clients and highlight product benefits.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales and technical teams to meet campaign objectives.
• Share feedback and insights to improve sales strategies and processes.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous experience in international outbound sales, preferably in B2B voice processes or telematics campaigns.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English with a persuasive and professional tone.
• Sales Skills: Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and telematics systems is a plus.
• Self-Motivation: Target-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work night shifts (9 PM - 6 AM) to cater to US and Canadian clients.
