Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic international Tele-caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and handling customer inquiries through phone calls. You will play a crucial role in achieving our sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products/services.
• Follow up on leads and maintain a database of customer interactions.
• Identify customer needs and offer solutions or alternatives.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calls.
• Handle customer complaints and queries with professionalism and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit reports on call activities and outcomes.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• High school or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
• Strong communication skills with a clear and persuasive voice.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Excellent listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Age criteria - 18 years - 28 years old candidates can apply.

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Familiarity with sales techniques and customer service practices.

Additional Information:

• Working hours: AUS - 5AM-2PM , UK - 2PM-11PM
• Salary: 12k to 20k in-hand (depending upon previous experience and the interview round) + incentives
