Requirements:

• Location: Residing in Kolkata.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role.
• Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Equipment: Must have your own laptop with a reliable broadband internet connection.
• Preferred: Candidates with a proven track record of problem-solving and customer satisfaction.
