Job Description
• Manage international outbound and inbound calls to support global customers
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries
• Enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Offer accurate information about products and services
• Resolve customer issues efficiently
• Pursue sales opportunities and educate potential customers
• Assist with order placement and provide order status updates
• Coordinate with logistics teams for timely deliveries
• Build strong relationships with international customers
• Document customer feedback for service improvement
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree a plus
• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in an international context
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
• Excellent communication skills
