We are looking for a dynamic and skilled International Tele Caller to join our team. As an International Tele Caller, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients or customers across international markets. Your goal is to generate leads, provide exceptional customer service, and support the company's business growth through effective communication.
Key Responsibilities :
• Outbound Calling : Initiate calls to potential customers/clients in international markets and communicate the value of our products/services.
• Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads, set appointments, and collect relevant information for follow-up.
• Customer Support : Provide pre-sales and post-sales assistance, resolve queries, and maintain a positive relationship with clients across different time zones.
• Sales & Marketing Support : Promote company offerings and highlight features/benefits to prospective clients to increase conversion rates.
• Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions in CRM systems.
• Follow-up Calls : Follow up on previous calls, offers, and services, ensuring all potential opportunities are fully explored.
• Reporting : Provide regular reports on call metrics, customer feedback, and potential business opportunities to management.
• Adhere to Scripts : Use company-approved scripts, while ensuring a personalized approach to each customer interaction.
• Market Research : Gather customer feedback to identify trends, and potential areas of improvement in service delivery.
Requirements :
• Experience : Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service, preferably with international clients.
• Language Skills : Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken). Additional languages (such as Spanish, French, German, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Skills : Strong interpersonal skills, persuasive ability, and ability to handle rejections professionally.
• Tech-Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software, telecalling tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Time Management : Ability to handle calls across different time zones and manage schedules effectively.
• Customer Focus : Ability to provide high-quality service and a customer-centric approach.
• Problem Solving : Strong ability to identify issues, troubleshoot and offer effective solutions.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Previous international calling experience.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
