Kaufman Rossin is seeking a staffto join our dynamic TAX Advisory Services. As a Staff 1/Intern in the International Tax team, you will assist in providing tax consulting and compliance services for clients with cross-border operations. You will gain exposure to a variety of international tax issues, including tax planning, structuring, compliance, and regulatory matters. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to develop skills in international tax.

Requirements
How You'll Contribute:
• Tax Research & Analysis :
• + Assist in conducting research on international tax issues, including, foreign tax credits and other cross-border tax matters.
+ Analyze and summarize international tax laws, regulations, and treaties to help provide insights for client strategies.
+ Support the team in staying up to date with international tax developments and potential impacts on clients.
• Compliance Assistance :
• + Assist with the preparation of international tax compliance forms, such as income tax returns, withholding tax filings, and other regulatory submissions.
+ Help ensure that clients are compliant with local and international tax requirements.
• US team Interaction :
• + Support the senior tax professionals in US team meetings and calls, taking notes and following up on action items.
+ Assist in the preparation of client deliverables, including tax reports, presentations, and proposals.
+ Assist in responding to client queries regarding international tax issues.
• Documentation and Administrative Support :
• + Organize and maintain files and documentation for tax projects.
+ Support the preparation and review of transfer pricing documentation and reports.
+ Assist with other administrative tasks within the International Tax team as needed.
• Learning & Development :
• + Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and industry events to deepen knowledge in international tax law.
+ Collaborate with senior staff to improve technical and professional skills.
What Skills You'll Bring:
• Education :
• + Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
+ Relevant coursework or training in International Tax, Corporate Tax, or similar areas is a plus.
• Skills :
• + Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
+ Knowledge of tax software or Microsoft Excel is a plus.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Experience :
• + Previous internship or work experience in tax, accounting, finance, or related fields is beneficial but not required.
