• Efficiently manage OneSource Income Tax (\xe2\x80\x9cOIT\xe2\x80\x9d) for International, facilitating the preparation of client forms 5471, 8858, and 8865 (along with all schedules), with tasks including:
• Crafting international entity structures for multinational entities, encompassing foreign corporations, disregarded entities, and partnerships.
• Skillfully utilizing and managing binders, including consolidations such as \xe2\x80\x9cDivCon\xe2\x80\x99s\xe2\x80\x9d and similar processes.
• Streamlining the importing (including bulk import) and meticulous entry of trial balances and key attributes from diverse sources.
• Creating and employing charts for sourcing and crucial calculations.
• Leveraging OIT functionality for completing key calculations, including Subpart F and GILTI.
• Exploring other functions, tools, and options within OIT for enhanced efficiency.
• Generating .xml hand-offs and ensuring smooth roll-forward to successive years.
• Implementing industry best practices for optimized performance.
• Additionally, serving as a key resource for the team, assisting with issue identification, analysis, and resolution.
• Actively participating in designing and delivering comprehensive training sessions for other OIT users, covering emerging functionalities.

• Minimum 6 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience with OneSource Income Tax (\xe2\x80\x9cOIT\xe2\x80\x9d) for International.
• CPA/CA or Enrolled Agent certification is mandatory.
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in accounting or equivalent field.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Work mode: Hybrid (4 days office, 1 day remote).
