Shift Timings: USA Shift (8:00 PM to 5:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach: Initiate and manage outbound calls to professionals and businesses in the USA, presenting our social media marketing services as solutions to enhance their online visibility and engagement.
• Sales Pitching: Deliver compelling sales presentations that highlight the benefits of using our services for brand promotion on major social media platforms.
• Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by identifying client needs, offering tailored solutions, and closing deals.
• Objection Management: Confidently handle objections, address concerns, and use negotiation techniques to turn conversations into successful outcomes.
• Market Research: Stay informed about trends in social media marketing to position our services as cutting-edge solutions.
• CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
• Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with potential and existing clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to align sales strategies with company goals and provide feedback to improve offerings.

Skills:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
• Ability to handle challenging conversations and convert them into opportunities.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and their marketing potential.
• Target-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and online communication platforms.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work during USA time zones (night shift).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
