• Document and update customer records accurately in the database.
Requirements:
• 0 - 1 year of experience in international calling or customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer service software.
• Flexibility to work in the UK time zone (2:00pm - 11:00pm).
