Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree from Agricultural background from reputed colleges and MBA in rural developement / marketing is preferred.
2. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the agricultural machinery or related industry.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in international markets.
4. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, export documentation, and global market dynamics.
5. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.(Hindi,English + any local language of north and southern states)
8. Willingness to travel internationally as required.:
1. Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
2. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve international sales targets.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users.
4. Negotiate contracts,tenders and terms of sale to ensure profitable outcomes.
5. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and Government bodies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
6. Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
7. Lead and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets.
8. Provide training and support to enhance the team's performance and development.
9. Work closely with the marketing, product development, and production teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
10. Collaborate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to international customers.
11. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to senior management.
12. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
