: International Sales Manager - Ayurvedic Products

Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the Ayurvedic or healthcare industry, and will be responsible for acquiring new international clients and expanding Earthveda's global reach.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Retention:
- Identify and connect with potential clients and distributors in the Ayurvedic field across international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
2. Market Expansion:
- Develop strategies to enter and grow Earthveda's presence in new territories.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and potential customer needs.
3. Sales Targets & Reporting:
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Coordinate with production and marketing teams to ensure client requirements are met.
- Represent Earthveda at international trade shows, conferences, and events as required.
5. Documentation & Compliance:
- Ensure all sales agreements and transactions adhere to company policies and international regulations.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of sales experience in the Ayurvedic, FMCG, or healthcare sector, with a focus on international markets.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of Ayurvedic products and their market demand.
- Ability to work independently and deliver results under minimal supervision.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
