Assistant Manager / Manager:
Responsibilities:
• Lead Generation:
• Proactively research and identify potential customers in assigned territories (USA & Europe).
• Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns through email marketing, cold calling, and other methods.
• Qualify leads through initial inquiries to assess their needs and suitability.
• Sales & Order Management:
• Convert qualified leads into paying customers by presenting product offerings and negotiating deals.
• Prepare accurate and competitive pricing quotes for customers.
• Process and manage international sales orders, ensuring smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Relationship Building:
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with international customers through clear communication and prompt response to inquiries.
• Gather customer feedback and market insights to inform future sales strategies.
• Product & Market Knowledge:
• Maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, features, and benefits.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and relevant regulations in USA & European construction industries.
In addition to the responsibilities of the Assistant Manager, the International Sales Manager will also be responsible for:
• BASIC
• Should have knowledge of product costing
• Should be able to identify new opportunities/ products in the market to grow sales.
• Team Leadership & Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive international sales strategy to achieve ambitious sales targets.
• Lead and motivate a team of international sales representatives, providing coaching and mentoring.
• Manage and forecast international sales budgets and pipelines.
• Market Analysis & Growth:
• Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities in North Amerc & European markets.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand market share and customer base.
• Travel & Representation:
• Travel internationally to meet with key clients and attend industry events.
• Represent the company at trade shows and other promotional activities.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 4 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of international trade processes and documentation.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
