Roles & Responsibilities

  • To Identify and develop new markets, Business Opportunities, sales volumes and customers.
  • Develop and maintain a network of international distributors, Agents, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with key customers to develop more business opportunities
  • Maintains accurate records of all international pricing, sales and activity reports.
  • Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents.
  • Planning a Sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends.
  • Use the most appropriate method of communication when being the first point of contact for all customers
  • Find new business opportunities and customers
  • Negotiate prices and terms with customers
  • Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors
  • Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations
  • Excellent knowledge of market data and dynamics
  • Manage the entire export sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
