Job description
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, explaining our products/services, and closing sales over the phone. You will play a key role in achieving our sales goals by providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
• Outbound Calling: Make a high volume of outbound calls to prospective customers from a provided database or leads.
• Lead Generation: Identify potential customers and generate leads by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products/services.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to potential customers.
• Sales Pitch: Deliver a scripted or customized sales pitch that highlights the value proposition of our products/services.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and resolving any queries or concerns.
• Closing Sales: Achieve or exceed sales targets by closing deals over the phone and processing orders accurately.
• Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and to encourage repeat business.
• CRM Management: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to the Sales Manager.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve business goals.
Qualifications:
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar role is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
