• Business development : Creating new business accounts and identifying new business opportunities
• Sales strategy : Developing and implementing a sales strategy to achieve export sales targets
• Customer service : Providing customer service to new and existing customers
• Sales operations : Managing orders, contracts, and export documents, and troubleshooting export problems
• Compliance : Ensuring compliance with government policies, labeling systems, transportation, and payment laws
• Reporting : Preparing and delivering regular reports on export sales and marketing performance
• Leadership : Providing leadership and guidance to customer service, planning, and logistics teams
• Procurement : Handling procurement from vendors
