International Customer Sales Executive B2C
Roles and Responsibilities:
? The candidate will have access to online leads from interested customers.
? Candidate will need to make call to Interested customers
? Explain the product details/Products/benefits to the customers
? The candidate will be responsible for transforming potential customers into sales and assisting them with the online payment process.
? . Welcome customers with politeness, warmth, and professionalism, adhering to established protocols. Ensure clarity regarding customer needs by inquiring further and confirming comprehension of their requirements or issues.
? Engage in needs-based selling by employing unscripted probing methods to identify customer requirements and to present the most suitable product or service that meets those needs.
Your Profile:
? Any Graduate / Under-Graduate / Bachelors and / drop out with experience are also eligible
? Need Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
? Flexible with 24/7 Environment.
Experience Required:
18 months minimum (Sales / Collection / Travel Sales/ Healthcare/B2CInterview Details:
Shift- 4 Pm to 12 Am
