Job Title: International Sales Executive
The "International Sales Executive" is supposed to make calls to our International customers who are from different countries like The United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Germany, Singapore and many more. As a International Sales Executive, you will get an opportunity to learn and experience the International sales and working environment of different countries.
Role and Responsibilities:
Manage inbound and outbound customer calls.
Respond to customer questions and provide information about services.
Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Help grow the company by finding new clients.
Monitor client feedback closely.
Recommend upgrades that may attract new clients.
Required Skills:
Strong communications skills.
Strong Interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills.
A relevant Bachelors/Master's degree.
A keen interest in business development.
An eye for changing business trends and,
Strong communication and convincing skills.
