:- Seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative fluent in English. Responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales via phone and email. Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to generate new leads and follow up on existing ones. Qualify prospects by assessing their needs, budget, and timelines. Present products/services, effectively conveying their value. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and customers. Negotiate and close sales deals to meet monthly and quarterly targets. Collaborate with the sales team to share strategies and best practices. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the CRM system.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:- Fluent in English. Proven success in inside sales or a similar role. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong interpersonal abilities with a talent for building rapport. Self-motivated and results-driven. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
