LBM Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven International Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in international sales, preferably within the IT services industry, and will be responsible for driving business growth through effective market research, lead generation, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research and Analysis:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market opportunities.
• Analize industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to develop effective sales strategies.
• Lead Generation and Prospecting:
• Identify and generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.
• Qualify leads and conduct initial outreach to potential clients to understand their needs and present suitable IT service solutions.
• Sales Strategy and Planning:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand the company's client base.
• Create and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of international clients.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Negotiation and Closing:
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business deals.
• Close sales and achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Collaboration and Reporting:
• Collaborate with the marketing, product development, and project management teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies with company goals.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in international sales, preferably in the IT services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of IT services and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to work as per International timing.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
