Job Responsibilities:
Conduct cold calls and outreach to potential clients in the UK and US to introduce our digital marketing services, including social media management, performance marketing, and website development.
Understand client needs and recommend appropriate services that align with their business objectives.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closure, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients to the service delivery team.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and facilitating long-term partnerships.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Record all sales activities in the company CRM to ensure data integrity and accurate reporting.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing, IT services, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with proficiency in English.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media, SEO, and web development.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting and possess strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable with cold calling and able to handle rejection.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
• Previous experience selling to the UK and US markets is highly desirable.
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate
Work Timings : Between 6PM to 5 AM flexible timings as per business requirements (9 hours shift)
