Role and Responsibilities
• International Sales Generation:
• Conduct telecalling to generate sales from international markets.
• Oversee the sales process to attract new international clients.
• Prepare and deliver compelling pitches to potential international investors and clients.
• Market Research and Prospecting:
• Perform market research to identify new opportunities and prospective clients in international markets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Maintain and nurture fruitful relationships with international clients.
• Address client needs effectively and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Sales Executive Monitoring:
• Ensure proper functioning and regular monitoring of sales executives to maintain performance standards.
• Sales Execution:
• Ensure proper and effective sales calls are conducted consistently.
• Execute sales tasks promptly as per the instructions given by the head of the department.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Foster a collaborative environment within the organization to enhance teamwork and productivity.
• Coordinate effectively with the factory and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Any Graduate or MBA (Sales, Marketing).
Preferred Skills
• Strong communication skills In English language.
• High attention to detail and ability to collate data.
• Extensive knowledge of international sales calling.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the factory.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to fulfill documentation requirements.
Years of Experience
• 3-5 years of experience.
• Industries: Food Production (Rice).
Key Competencies
• Proven experience in international sales.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
