Job Title: International Voice Process Executive (Samsung Customer Support & Sales)

Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Experience: Fresher / up to 6 months of sales experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls regarding Samsung products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate product information.
• Promote and sell Samsung products and services during customer interactions.
• Maintain professionalism during calls and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation.

Eligibility:

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
• Education: Graduate mandatory.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• For Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (24/7).
• For Female Candidates: Day Shifts.
