Experience: Fresher / 6 months sales experience
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound customer calls regarding Samsung products and services.
• Resolve customer issues and provide accurate product information.
• Maintain professionalism while handling calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Update customer records and ensure accurate documentation.

Eligibility:

• Experience: Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience.
• Education: Graduate Mandatory .
• Skills: Good communication skills in English (both spoken and written).
• For Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts (24/7)
• For Female Candidates: Day Shifts
