Job Description
Responsibilities: As discussed, please find the JOB role and hiring SOPs for Senior Manager/AGM/ Regional Manager.
- Achieving business goals and revenue targets.
- Directly Handle a team of inside sales specialists & BDEs
- Maintain a high ethic in sales and sales processes.
- Ensure day-to-day planning and revenue from assigned territory.
- Overseeing daily operations, managing budgets, and setting performance objectives.
- Recruiting, training, and supporting the team as well as conducting regular performance reviews.
- Developing and implementing business and marketing plans.
- Managing internal stakeholders and interdepartmental coordination.
- Planning, evaluating, and optimizing operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
- Ensuring products and services comply with regulatory and quality standards.
- Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed.
- Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports.
- Dealing with escalated customer issues, and incident reports.
- Manpower budget and backfills are in control.
- Weekend only
