We are looking for motivated individuals with experience in international BPO for a pure voice process role. You will contact US citizens with outstanding credit card debts and help recover the amounts owed. *Key Responsibilities:* - Make outbound calls to debtors in the USA to collect outstanding credit card debts. - Negotiate payment plans and settlements. - Maintain accurate records of interactions and payment agreements. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards. *Qualifications:* - Prior experience in international BPO. - Excellent communication skills in English. - Ability to handle challenging conversations with empathy and professionalism. - No prior collections experience required. - Candidates must be above 23 years of age if undergraduates. *Compensation and Benefits:* - Competitive salary up to CTC 5.35 LPA (28.2k in hand + 10k variable). - Performance-based incentives. - Short working hours: 8-hour shifts with 7 hours of login. - Free meals provided. - Comprehensive insurance coverage of 5 lakhs for employees. - Both-side cab service. - Work from office. - 5-day work week with rotational shifts. - Age limit: 40 years. *Training:* - Training salary based on attendance and assessment performance. - Post-training salary depends entirely on performance. *Additional Perks:* - Known for being one of the highest incentive-paying companies in the market. - Opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
