Roles and Responsibilities



Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets to meet sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand and fulfill their requirements. Prepare accurate export documentation and ensure timely shipments to international buyers. Coordinate with logistics providers to manage efficient freight forwarding and shipment tracking. Assist clients in navigating trade compliance and regulatory requirements pertinent to their market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential areas for growth and innovation. Provide insightful feedback to management regarding market opportunities and client needs.
