Night Shift- 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM
Total Work Experience: 2-5+ years

Annual CTC Range: ?3,60,000 - ?6,50,000 (CTC, plus monthly incentives upto 50k)
Responsibilities
Lead Management:
Contact prospective customers using inbound leads provided.
Follow up with calls and emails, and convert leads via outbound calls.
Sales Conversion:
Explain our services clearly and convert leads into sales.
Understand customer needs and conduct effective online demos for prospects.
Product Presentation:
Leverage product knowledge to showcase the solutions our company offers, using strong listening and presentation skills.
Quota Achievement:
Close sales and consistently achieve monthly quotas.
Reporting & Tracking:
Utilize databases, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects.
Report weekly sales goals and objectives to the manager.
Client Relationship:
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction.
Training:
Attend training sessions to stay updated on new product specifications and service offerings.
Outbound Sales Requirements and Qualifications
Experience:
A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in Outbound Sales.
Skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Active listening, confidence, and a soft-spoken demeanor.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
High adaptability and accountability.
