Role / Designation: Counsellor / Senior Counsellor Department / Function: Counselling Educational Qualification: Any Graduate Reporting To: Manager - Sales Work Type: Work from Office Night Shift- 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM Total Work Experience: 2-5+ years Google Map Location Code: P487+GH Delhi Annual CTC Range: ?3,60,000 - ?6,50,000 (CTC, plus monthly incentives upto 50k)

Responsibilities



Lead Management: Contact prospective customers using inbound leads provided. Follow up with calls and emails, and convert leads via outbound calls. Sales Conversion: Explain our services clearly and convert leads into sales. Understand customer needs and conduct effective online demos for prospects. Product Presentation: Leverage product knowledge to showcase the solutions our company offers, using strong listening and presentation skills. Quota Achievement: Close sales and consistently achieve monthly quotas. Reporting & Tracking: Utilize databases, CRM, or other software to track progress with new prospects. Report weekly sales goals and objectives to the manager. Client Relationship: Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure their satisfaction. Training: Attend training sessions to stay updated on new product specifications and service offerings.

Outbound Sales Requirements and Qualifications



Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience as an Admission Counsellor or in Outbound Sales. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Active listening, confidence, and a soft-spoken demeanor. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. High adaptability and accountability.
