JOB TITLE:

Lead Generation Executive// Customer Sales Representative

We are looking for CSR / LGE to boost our sales by communicating with customers. Agent should have lead generation strategies so that can use to attract potential customer and guide them towards our product. A candidate will be required to gather information from the individual and suggest a probable product or service we are offering.

JOB DETAILS:

? Timings - 6:00AM to 3:00PM

? Week Offs - Sunday

? Half Day - Saturday

? Fixed Shifts

Requirements

? For Lead Generation: Candidates with Minimum 3-6months of international outbound experience, Salary up to 25k + Incentives

? (Exceptions are there always)

? Work experience as a Telesales, Telemarketer, and lead generation or a similar role in the Sales Department.

? Professional certification sales and marketing will be an advantage.

? Great interpersonal skills.

? Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

? Strong organizational skills.

? Ability to work in a team or individually as and when required.

? Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.

? Outstanding problem-solving skills.

? Exceptional attention to detail.

? Hard-working individual

Roles and Responsibilities

? Make calls to customers to explain them the services provided by our clients and generate potential sales leads.

? Use script to provide Information to customers regarding the services offered and present their benefits.

? Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer requirements.

? Persuade the customer to buy service by demonstrating how service met their needs.

? Record the customers' personal information accurately in the computer system.

? Go the extra mile to meet sales target and facilitate future sales.

? Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.

? Explaining the product and services offered by the company.
