We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced International Sales Executive to join our team in Subhash Nagar, Delhi. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in international sales and excellent command of the English language, with strong communication skills to handle international clients. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Generation : Identify and target international markets, generate leads, and build long-term relationships with potential clients.
• Client Interaction : Manage inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels to engage with international clients.
• Negotiation & Closing : Negotiate sales terms, close deals, and follow through on customer needs.
• Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our products/services and communicate this effectively to clients.
• Reporting : Maintain detailed reports on sales progress, market feedback, and customer data.
• Market Research : Stay updated on international market trends, competitor strategies, and customer requirements.
• Customer Support : Provide after-sales support to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Experience : Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in international sales or international voice support .
• Language Skills : Excellent command of English (both written and spoken), with the ability to communicate confidently with clients from various countries.
• Sales & Negotiation : Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a customer-first approach.
• Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
• Tech Savvy : Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools for maintaining client records and reports.
• Target-Oriented : Must be self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working towards sales targets.
Education:
• Graduate or Post-Graduate (preferred)
