About Us:

Rising Venture Services is a dynamic and detail-oriented International Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing international marketing and export assignments for various clients, ensuring seamless communication between manufacturers and institutional/retail buyers, conducting thorough market research, and providing comprehensive support to Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) throughout the export process. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic International Sales and Marketing Specialist fluent in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic to help drive growth and strengthen our presence in French-speaking and Spanish-speaking markets.

Position Overview:

As an International Sales and Marketing Specialist , you will play a pivotal role in driving sales, building brand awareness, and fostering long-term relationships with clients across multiple regions. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic-speaking markets. Your bilingual skills will be key in communicating with international clients, developing tailored marketing campaigns, and supporting sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Lead Generation:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic -speaking regions.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and distributors.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in both languages.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with international clients.
• Marketing Strategy and Campaigns:
• Create and execute localized marketing campaigns for French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic -speaking markets.
• Adapt global marketing materials for local audiences, ensuring cultural relevance and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital, print, and social media content in both languages.
• Market Research:
• Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic -speaking regions.
• Monitor industry news and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Client Relationship Management:
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Offer post-sales support, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing relationship management.

Required Qualifications:

• Language Proficiency:
• Fluent in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic, both written and spoken, with excellent communication skills in each language.
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• Freshers or a year's experience in international sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in B2B environments.
• Experience working in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic -speaking markets is highly preferred.
• Skills and Competencies:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in French, Spanish, Russian and Arabic.
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies for diverse international markets.
• Self-starter with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Strong cultural awareness and the ability to work with diverse teams.
