:Recruitment SpecialistWe are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment and a strong knowledge of job boards such as Naukri, Apna, and Indeed. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for the Manufacturing, Retail, and FMCG industries.Responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Identifying and attracting qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and databases.

• Screening: Reviewing resumes, conducting initial phone screens, and assessing candidate qualifications against job requirements.

• Scheduling: Coordinating interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in recruitment

• Knowledge of job boards such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed

• Experience in hiring for Manufacturing, Retail, and FMCG industry

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong organizational and time management abilities

• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other HR tools

• Ability to deliver under target and pressure and comfortable to stretch on timings as per deadline.
