•Key Responsibilities:•

- Market and promote smart city real estate properties in Ahmedabad to international clients through virtual platforms.

- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to attract international buyers and investors.

- Conduct virtual tours and presentations to showcase properties and smart city features to potential clients.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market, trends, and competitive landscape.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.

- Utilize various digital marketing tools and platforms to reach a global audience.

- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transactions and excellent client experiences.

- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities and results.

•Qualifications:•

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate marketing or sales.

- Strong knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market, particularly smart city developments.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.

- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.

- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and virtual tour software.
