Cost Management: Monitoring and controlling import costs to stay within budget. Quality Control: Ensuring the quality of imported goods meets the company's standards and specifications. Market Research: Staying updated with market trends, changes in regulations, and new opportunities for sourcing. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating risks associated with international procurement. * Reporting: Preparing and presenting reports on import activities, expenditures, and performance metrics.
