Job Title : US Telecom Blended Process Executive
Process Type : 70% Chat & 30% Voice
Location : Work from Office, Noida

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns effectively via chat (70%) and voice (30%) channels.
• Provide excellent service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Maintain accuracy in responses and adhere to process guidelines.
• Work in a fast-paced environment while delivering consistent service quality.
• Manage multiple tasks and support customers across rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education : Any graduate or undergraduate can apply.
• Experience :
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in international chat/email or blended processes.
• Candidates with more than 1 year of experience are preferred for higher salary brackets.
• Skills :
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions

• Working Days : 5 days a week with rotational shifts and rotational offs.
• Transportation : No cab facility available.
• Work Mode : Work from Office.

Salary Details

• For candidates with more than 1 year of experience :
• ?45,000 CTC
• ?38,400 in-hand salary
• For candidates with 6 months to 1 year of experience :
• ?40,000 CTC
• ?33,400 in-hand salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?33,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
