We are looking for a dynamic and experienced International Partnerships Executive to join our team and help expand our network of partner colleges and universities across the globe. Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with international colleges and universities. - Negotiate and establish partnership agreements with educational institutions. - Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and align partnerships accordingly. - Conduct market research to identify potential partners and new opportunities. - Represent the company at international education fairs, conferences, and networking events. - Manage communication between partner institutions and the company to ensure smooth operations. - Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing partnerships and suggest improvements. - Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activities and outcomes. Qualifications: - Bachelor\'s degree in Business, International Relations, Education, or related field. - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international relations, partnerships, or a similar role. - Strong network of contacts within the higher education sector. - Excellent negotiation and communication skills. - Ability to travel internationally as required. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
