Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Research Culture Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive and inclusive research culture within our institution. This position involves developing and implementing initiatives that promote collaboration, ethical conduct, diversity, and overall well-being among researchers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Strategies:
• Design and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing the research environment, promoting best practices, and supporting ethical research conduct.
• Create programs that encourage diversity, equity, and inclusion within research teams.
• Promote Collaboration:
• Facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration and knowledge sharing among researchers.
• Organize workshops, seminars, and networking events to foster a collaborative research culture.
• Support Research Integrity:
• Ensure compliance with institutional and external research policies and guidelines.
• Provide training and resources on research integrity and ethical conduct.
• Monitor and Assess Research Culture:
• Conduct surveys and gather feedback to assess the research climate.
• Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and measure the impact of initiatives.
• Engage with Stakeholders:
• Serve as a liaison between researchers, administrative staff, and external partners.
• Represent the institution at relevant conferences and events.
• Provide Resources and Support:
• Develop and disseminate resources that support researchers in maintaining a positive work-life balance.
• Offer guidance and support on conflict resolution and stress management.

Qualifications:

Post Graduate in Humanities Subjects

• Experience in a research environment, preferably with a focus on research culture or ethics.
• Strong understanding of research policies, ethical guidelines, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and foster positive relationships.
• Organizational and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and implementing diversity and inclusion programs.
• Familiarity with survey design and data analysis.
• Knowledge of current trends and challenges in research culture.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience
