International Recruitment ConsultantsBenefitsLocation: Hybrid (Home-Based and Office - Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India), but will be assigned to a region in the UK.Job Type: Full-timePay: Negotiable per yearVacation: Paid time offSchedule: Mondays to FridaysExperience: International Recruitment 5 years (Required)International Recruitment ConsultantsEuroNoxx Medical Group Ltd. is a subsidiary of EuroNoxx Reserves (OPC) Private Limited which is recruiting in Indiafor highly motivated and driven International Recruitment Consultants, to work with us, recruiting suitably qualified professional candidates in India, and placing them into relevant assignments in the UK NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, residential care homes, local authorities, prisons, and schools.Youll be working across your territory to raise service awareness, build and maintain relationships with clients, to ensure we maintain a good understanding of their temporary and permanent medical staffing recruitment needs and requirements for medical staffing roles from entry levels to Specialist Consultants.Our International Recruitment Consultants are expected to review and qualify candidates for their suitability on behalf of our clients in the UK NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, residential care homes, local authorities, prisons, and schools. These candidates may come from our staff bank, or you will be headhunting and directly sourcing. You will build and maintain a candidate pipeline based on your area of speciality and proactively develop a partnership with your candidates, both before and after placement. As an International Recruitment Consultant you will also proactively identify opportunities for business growth and new referrals, working collaboratively with the Management Teams.You will also liaise with other recruitment consultants, producing an immediate sales impact and closing deals.Responsibility Area: International Talent Acquisition:
  • Leads recruitment, including sourcing, evaluating and qualifying candidates for a number of clinical staff groups for assigned regions (Doctors, Dentists, Nurses, Allied Health Providers, and Support Care Workers).
  • Builds mutually beneficial relationships with UK NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, residential care homes, local authorities, prisons, and schools. Engagement may be through a variety of channels.
  • Posts job advertisements on Local (Indian) Communities careers website and external websites.
  • Leads and supports recruitment event-based activities in India.
  • Seeks new and innovates ways to promote and recruit hard to fill roles within the UK NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, residential care homes, local authorities, prisons, and schools.
  • Leads and provides expert support on international and medical recruitment for the NHS and private healthcare providers.
  • Manages the timely collection, verification, and editing of submission materials including CVs, biographical data forms; and references among other requirements.
To excel in this role you will have experience of international recruitment (ideally within the UK NHS), as well as experience managing all stages of recruitment.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: 935,000.00 - 960,000.00 per monthSchedule:
