Job Description

• Supporting the North America Sales Team on Operational Tasks:
• Act as the primary point of contact for the sales team in handling and resolving backend operations.
• Ensure all tasks related to order processing, dispatches, and customer requests are handled promptly, allowing the sales team to focus on client relationships and revenue generation.
• Quotation Preparation:
• Create and deliver accurate and timely quotations to customers based on requests and predefined pricing structures.
• Ensure that all quotations align with company guidelines and customer expectations.
• Sales Order (SO) Entry:
• Accurately enter sales orders into the company's system, ensuring all relevant details are correct and up to date.
• Track and verify order accuracy throughout the sales process, reducing errors and minimizing delays.
• Dispatch Follow-up:
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products.
• Proactively communicate with both internal teams and customers to update them on dispatch status, handling any delays or issues that arise.
• New Lead Generation:
• Assist in identifying and qualifying new sales leads for the North America team.
• Support the sales team by researching potential customers, analyzing industry trends, and preparing lead lists for follow-up.
• Salesforce Management:
• Use Salesforce to enter, update, maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and lead data.
• Regularly generate and analyze Salesforce reports to help the sales team track performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?350,000.00 - ?450,000.00 per month
