: International Marketing Executive

Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales and marketing of engineering goods, preferably fasteners or sheet metal components. The role focuses on increasing export sales, identifying and entering new international markets, and building long-lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Expansion:
• Develop and implement strategies to increase export sales and penetrate new international markets.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Customer Relationship Management:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective international clients.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Sales & Negotiation:
• Prepare competitive proposals and quotations to secure orders.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Communication & Coordination:
• Write clear, professional emails and handle correspondence with clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of export orders.
• Reporting & Analysis:
• Prepare periodic sales reports and market analysis to track progress and recommend improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years in international marketing, preferably in fasteners or sheet metal components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in email communication and customer relationship management tools.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
