As we expand our presence internationally, we are seeking a motivated and skilled International Sales Executive to join our team and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Strategy and Execution :
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand Casadenza's international presence.
• Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and franchisees in key regions, including Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.
• Foster relationships with existing partners to ensure continued business growth and satisfaction.
• Market Development :
• Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients in the stone veneer and construction materials sectors.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create region-specific campaigns and promotional materials.
• Client Engagement :
• Engage with architects, designers, and builders to present Casadenza's product range and benefits.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet clients' aesthetic and functional needs, emphasizing the unique qualities of Casadenza products.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events.
• Pricing and Negotiation :
• Implement pricing strategies customized to regional GDP tiers, ensuring competitive yet profitable margins.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with potential clients and partners, adhering to company policies.
• Reporting and Analysis :
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market insights in the CRM system.
• Provide regular sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
• Product Expertise :
• Develop a deep understanding of Casadenza's stone veneer products, including their applications, technical specifications, and sustainability advantages.
• Conduct training sessions and presentations for partners and clients.
Qualifications
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience :
• 3+ years of experience in international sales, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in global markets.
• Skills :
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
• Soft Skills :
• Culturally aware and able to work effectively in diverse environments.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working with architects, contractors, and distributors in the construction or interior design sectors.
• Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
